Studio Manager
We are looking for a positive and energetic Studio Manager to be a part of our team. This position has a pivotal impact on the ongoing studio operations and the healthy experience we provide for our members every day.  The right person will naturally exhibit & lead through the 3 Studio Core Values listed above along with their passion to promote health through Pilates.  
We are a growing company that has 3 locations (4th coming soon) in Boulder County and are looking for people to grow their careers with us.

Job Responsibilities (not limited to):
Studio Management Responsibilities

  • Train & Lead Sales & Customer service team members
  • Maintain, update, train & ensure compliance to studio operational SOPs
  • Lead member retention efforts
  • Lead grass roots marketing efforts
  • Plan, organize, and carry out studio member & team events, contests, promotions, etc
  • Create content (text, pictures, video, etc) for newsletters & social media
  • Lead member milestone efforts (reporting, communication to team, member gifts)
  • Create content for email blasts, flyers, and other member communication
  • Assist RGM & LI with Performance Management
Sales & Customer Service Team Lead Responsibilities
  • Be the go-to for the team and members for daily studio sales & customer service operations
  • Answer detailed member agreement & invoice questions (from members & other sales team members) through shift notes &/or phone, text, email
  • Ensure team is following procedures & best practices
  • Drive team to achieve sales goals in memberships, retail, and private training
  • Align team and rally towards retention and sales goals
  • Facilitate regular sales & customer service team meetings
  • Maintain & ensure compliance to cleaning schedule
  • Organize retail and maintain inventory order requests
  • Organize team & member events
Personal Sales & Customer Service Responsibilities:
  • Perform sales process tasks to establish a relationship with prospects, get them scheduled intro classes, and fit them with the best membership
  • Complete prospect & member communication tasks (via text/phone) & diligently track within POS database system (ClubReady)
  • Create and maintain a welcoming, positive and fun studio environment
  • Provide the highest level of hospitality & customer service to members, prospective clients
  • Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
  • Maintain product knowledge for all promotions, memberships, pricing, etc.
  • Establish relationships with prospect & members to meet individual needs
  • Perform all operational studio duties: completing daily tasks, check-in members, register new clients, answer and return all incoming calls and emails
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks and be accountable for the appearance of the studio and equipment
  • Ability to multi-task, be a problem solver and come up with quick solutions

Qualifications and Skills
  • 2+ years of fitness or relevant sales experience.
  • Confident in generating personal sales and leading Sales & Customer Service Team
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and private training
  • Communicate professionally and effectively to clients and colleagues
  • Excellent public speaking skills & comfort speaking in front of groups
  • Contains self-initiative to jump in wherever is necessary
  • Availability to work weekends
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement.
  • An affinity and passion for fitness.
  • Solid writing and grammar skills.
  • Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Professional, punctual, reliable and neat.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public.
  • Proficiency with computers and Studio software.
